These are scary times. I think that we can agree on that. A positive attitude is essential if we are going to survive and thrive in 2009. A dose of reality mixed with optimism is always a winning recipe when one is developing a game plan. We have developed many game plans. Our entrepreneurial spirits lead to revise our business strategy quite often to keep up with the ever changing buying and selling markets for yachts. We also develop a game plan for each listing that we acquire. No cookie cutter approach will do. Each boat is unique, each client is unique. Each deserves thoughtful and responsive representation.
